Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective when purchased we accept returns within 30 working days. Items will be exchanged for the same product or one of the same value, providing returned in original packaging.
Any product that is damaged caused my misuse will not be covered under our returns policy.
Any product that is faulty will be returnable within 6 months of purchase date. In this event we will assess the item and if required send back to the manufacturer for repair.
Due to the nature of E-Liquid we will not accept returns of E-Liquid unless it is clear the product is defective.

All Revo Vapes orders over £20 are free, sent by Royal Mail second class. All purchases over £20 are sent second class Signed for.
Please allow 3-5 Working days for delivery of your item. Or contact us of you would like to pick up in store at the time of purchase.
